Products & pricing. We do our best to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but we don't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly, or that descriptions are error-free. All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a pricing/stock error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order you confirm the payment method is yours and authorized.

Shipping & returns. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site — logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Veyra and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
