Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Here's how to follow your package:
- Use the link in your shipping email. Your shipping confirmation includes a link to your order status page with the latest tracking updates.
- Sign in to your account. If you ordered with an account, sign in to see all your orders and their tracking details.
- Use a package tracker. Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK, which follows most carriers our partners use.
Good to know: tracking can take a few days to show movement after your order ships. Orders typically arrive 7–15 business days after processing, and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
No shipping email yet? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Check your spam folder, and if it's been more than 4 business days since you ordered, email shopveyrasupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
