Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Shipping rates.
- United States: Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.99.
- International: Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99.
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: typically 7–15 business days
- International: typically 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons. Some items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which can mean longer transit windows and separate deliveries if you order multiple items.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders). Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package appears lost, contact us at shopveyrasupport@gmail.com and we'll help investigate and resolve it.
